Later in the evening I had my first Swedish Chinese food (which isn't quite the same but close enough : )) After our long day we drove back and got home to Eskilstuna at about 4 am!'The Rollercoaster' (the world's biggest wooden rollercoaster). Yes, I did go on it of course : ) and it was soo much fun!
This is just a sign I saw while walking through downtown Göteborg.

The skyline of the city (notice how there aren't any really tall buildings)

This is Caroline and I outside the amusement park.
Today I plan on making peanut butter cookies (with our newly purchased mini-jar of skippy) or chocolate chip cookies. It'll be my first baking attempt in Sweden so wish me luck!

claire it looks like you have settled in well. Your room looks a lot neater than your old bedroom. Great blog I will look forward to it. Andy
I think Andy is thinking of Caitlin's room!!! ( which, I might add is wonderfully and refreshingly tidy this past while.
Hope you get a chance to get in to Stockholm. Say Hi to Theo for us. Good luck meeting up with the other inbounds in Eskilstuna. Keep up the bicycling... it would mak your dad soooo proud!

Sounds like you are having a great time Claire! The pictures are beautiful - love the architecture. You'll have to bring back the recipe for the banana pizza!
