The campfire and Disney night

This past week has been pretty typical - school everyday, going to the gym with the girls almost every evening, and hanging around. Friday night, Carlos invited all the Eskistuna crew to his house in the countryside (where I will be moving to sometime after Chirstmas). His host parents are great so I'm looking forward to going there (well except for the 45 minutes bus ride into town each day!)

It was finally a warm day (well not Canadian warm, but a good 15 degrees : ) ) so we decided to go down to the lake which is about a 1 minute drive from his house. We spent the evening cooking hambugers, hanging by the fire, playing twister, and eating cinnamon buns (which we are all addicted to)!

This is a lovely mosquito infested chip... not sure why exactly we took photos, but it seemed important at the time!
And this is what we like to call "extreme spooning"! Always good for a laugh! Exchange students love posing for stupid pictures!

Saturday morning we all woke up early to take the train to Stockholm. The fun part of this trip was that if we wanted to go to Stacy's house to hang out, we had to dress up in silly costumes to meet at T- Centralen (the main subway station where we seem to spend a lot of time!) Swedes are very reserved people usually, so seeing a bunch of people dressed up in the middle of public was quite a show! One guy even took "candid" pictures of us until we went over and said we'd take photos with his son! The best part of the day was definately wandering around dressed up like a tiger. I even had a tail! : )

All in all life is great now! I'm having a blast!
