I moved out to the country Monday night. I really love it here! The family's great, a lot more involved than my first family was, which is nice.

This is the outside of my house. It's painted the traditional Swedish red which is really common out in the countryside.

We have a barn and a small office building outside the house (but no animals!).
There's about 10-15 other houses in my small village and everyone know's eachother which is nice. In town, people rarely know their neighbours, which is a difference from Canada.

This is my room. It's really nice and cosy and has it's own fireplace : ).

It was language camp for the newbies this week, so naturally, us oldies felt it our duty to drop by and crash it! It's only fair! Here's a pic of all the oldies who could make it.

We went bowling with the newbies, to the zoo, swimming,

and to McDonald's for "all-you-can-eat" night, which I'm slightly regretting attending!

This weekend is a long weekend for my school so I'm going to spend lots of time hanging out with my friends, doing homework (yes, I actually DO occasionally do my homework), and spending time with my new family. Next week I have a Swedish preject, French project, and dance project due... so hopefully I'll get through them all! Miss you lots!
